• The mechanisms to prevent a hostile work environment that are contrary to the values and ethics of our organization.

What does the criteria established in this Code reflect?

• The diversity and multicultural character of the Observatory, whose richness contributes to the professionalism and respect of the people who make possible the fulfillment of our mission.

What happens if the Code is violated?

It will be considered as a lack of integrity and a breach of the obligations of the employment contract. These violations can give rise to any sanction imposed by the internal regulations of the employer or the applicable legislation.
